We provide two shipping methods. DHL Express or USPS or UPS(sometimes we will ship via other surface mail）。
UNITED STATES:
FREE Domestic Shipping for Orders Over $50. All domestic (US) orders have a $5 shipping fee for Standard Shipping or $15 shipping fee for Fast Delivery .

Once an item has been shipped, der-wer.com is not responsible if the item is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. der-wer.com uses DHL shipping and HongKong Post for most domestic orders. If you prefer an alternative method of shipping, please contact our team via email.
If a package is lost, stolen or damaged in shipment a claim needs to be filed with the shipping service provider used and not with der-wer.com. If a package shows that it has been delivered through the tracking number and the customer is unable to locate their package, der-wer.com is not responsible and will not issue a refund or store credit.
Customs Policy
Payment of any duty and import tax is the full responsibility of the international customer. You will be responsible for paying the taxes and duties upon delivery of the order. We do not cover the cost of customs, duties and taxes that are regulated and issued by your government. Unfortunately, these fees are beyond our control and it will not be calculated in checkout. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information regarding these costs.

- If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge, your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.
- Orders that are not received by the recipient and therefore sent back will be deducted a shipping fee.
- Once an order ships and is in transit, it is not possible to cancel the order.
